manage the estate's budget and events and work with the owner to plan
and execute the estate's overall management.
Responsibilities
Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the estate's buildings grounds
and equipment
Staff: Hire train and manage the estate's staff including gardeners
butlers and chefs
Budgeting: Prepare and maintain the estate's budget and ensure the
estate is operating within budget
Events: Plan and organize events and gatherings at the estate
Compliance: Ensure the estate complies with all relevant health and safety
regulations
Land management: Oversee agricultural activities such as farming and
ensure the land is being used to its full potential
Community engagement: Inform and engage the local community to
ensure the estate is well utilized
Project management: Manage projects such as renovations
redevelopments and construction
Contracts: Manage contracts for various aspects of the estate such as
tree surgeons and building services engineers
