Job Description

Position: Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Between 9 am and 7 pm EST)
Salary Range:USD (based on experience & expertise)
(Final offer will depend on the client’s approval and assessment of the candidate’s overall qualifications)
Location: Remote (Philippines Latin America South Africa preferred)

About the job:
Our client is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take ownership of their email marketing strategy for their Shopifybased supplement business. This role is ideal for a detailoriented processdriven marketer who can manage our Klaviyo email calendar automation and campaigns while working independently in a remote asynchronous environment.

Your primary focus will be to execute and optimize our email marketing efforts so that our current team can shift into more strategic roles. If you're a solutionsoriented proactive problemsolver with a strong background in ecommerce email marketing we want to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Oversee the Klaviyo email calendar ensuring campaigns are executed on time and aligned with business goals.
  • Automation & Optimization: Set up and maintain email flows and automation to drive engagement retention and revenue.
  • Execution & Coordination: Implement predefined strategies and campaign ideas collaborating with the team via Notion and Asana.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign metrics and suggest optimizations to improve open rates CTRs and conversions.
  • ProblemSolving & Autonomy: Work independently proactively identifying and implementing improvements (leveraging resources like ChatGPT or Google to troubleshoot and refine strategies).

Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience up to highly skilled "allstars" with deep expertise in ecommerce email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo (campaigns automation A/B testing segmentation).
  • Experience with Shopify and ecommerce conversion funnels.
  • Familiarity with Asana Notion and other remote work tools is a plus.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
  • Processdriven with a strong ability to follow and refine workflows.
  • Curious and resourceful—able to find answers and implement solutions independently.
  • Solutionsoriented mindset focusing on problemsolving rather than roadblocks.
