Job Title: Junior SEO Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1300 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:
Our client is a digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow their online presence through SEO content marketing and digital strategies. They work with a variety of clients to optimize their search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior SEO Specialist to support the execution of monthly SEO strategies for our clients. This role involves onpage and offpage SEO tasks keyword research and performance tracking to enhance organic search visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset an understanding of SEO fundamentals and a willingness to learn and grow within a digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Assist in keyword research and content optimization to improve search rankings.
- Execute onpage SEO updates including meta tag optimization internal linking and site structure improvements.
- Support backlinkbuilding efforts through outreach and content collaboration.
- Conduct website audits and provide recommendations for SEO improvements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Search Console Google Analytics SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
Industry Research & Best Practices:
- Stay updated on SEO trends algorithm updates and best practices to ensure competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEOfriendly updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g. Ahrefs SEMrush Google Search Console).
- Knowledge of local SEO knowledge and optimization for AI overview experience
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow SEO best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify is a plus.
