Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement effective interventions to improve movement manage pain and increase patient mobility
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes injury prevention and posttreatment care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Stay current with best practices continuing education and treatment techniques
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington State
- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal neurological or orthopedic rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong patient relationships
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate patientcentered approach to care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
