- Support Global Head with initiatives projects and budget adherence while ensuring compliance with company and AML policies.
- Oversee client integration process and manage sensitive queries from clients investors and internal departments.
- Manage team performance through regular meetings coaching and annual reviews fostering professional development.
- Lead AML initiatives participate in service review calls and contribute to projects that support a global operating model.
- Champion innovation and change while promoting MUFGs core values of Trust Challenge & Empowerment Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in a business related field
- Internationally recognized AML qualification
- 10 years of operations experience in financial services AML with at least 57 years in a managerial capacity
- Client/customer service management experience
- Proven people leadership skills
- Experience leading teams/departments resource planning driving change developing an implementing procedures and controls in Investor Services fund administration or related industry
