We are looking for an Area Sales Acceleration Director to drive and execute highly impactful sales acceleration programs and processes in our CEUR region (DACH EEUR). Your Impact
- Responsible for the Sales execution and governance in the Area in collaboration with the Area VP and the Sales Operations lead and in alignment with EMEA & LATAM directions
- driving the Sales cadence
- driving the execution of the Account Strategy motion
- driving the execution of the Customer Success motion
- monitoring the Area Sales performance and designing initiatives required in the Area to improve or increase Sales excellence
- replicating Best Practices across the company
- Responsible for executing and rolling out programs aiming at developing our strategic deals motion executive engagement Global & Strategic (Top 200 accounts) initiatives upsell initiatives on whitespace accounts
- Responsible for planning execution in the Area in collaboration with the Sales Operations and Strategy teams segmentation Global & Strategic account selection business cases for investment definition of the sales plan execution and the organization Blueprint for the Area
- Responsible for driving the execution of the sales plan for the Area
- Responsible for accelerating GTM transformation in the Area
- Adapting and driving the execution of the Sales enablement
- Driving Execution and adoption of GTM transformation as needed
- Assisting with the development of relevant value propositions in conjunction with regional marketing alliances and Value Consulting teams
- Communicate effectively with sales community peers company executives and a wide range of stakeholders such as sales enablement sales operations strategy etc to ensure Area program development adoption and roll out in close alignment with EMEAL and global programs
- Pinpoint opportunities for process improvement & development to scale the EMEA & LATAM and Area strategy execution with a focus on driving excellence efficiency & standardization in the sales organization
Qualifications :
Your Experience
- Track record of successful sales experience and / or development & implementation of strategic sales related programs
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence required (business strategy & planning sales operations)
- Experience in multicultural and across geographies organizations
- Ability to influence without authority build strong senior relationships to gain input and consensus for design and implementation of changes
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with experience presenting to an executive audience
- Experience working in a large matrix and international organization in the technology space
- Superior and meticulous problem solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate concisely and summarize findings and recommendations appropriately for senior management
- A highly organized and selfmotivated individual able to oversee the timely and topnotch execution and ability to work under pressure to adhere to tight lastminute deadlines
- Experience in successful change management
