We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead the design development and delivery of innovative logistics and technology solutions within a global organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in logistics processes a strong background in product development and exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and guide crossfunctional teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- EndtoEnd Logistics Solutions: Design and develop comprehensive logistics solutions leveraging expertise in SAP S4/HANA drop ship models order management order fulfillment pricing and global data synchronization.
- UserCentered Design: Apply humancentered design principles to understand user needs solving complex problems through innovative solutions.
- Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams: Work closely with business and engineering teams to deliver highquality software solutions or services employing agile methodologies wireframes and prototypes.
- Team Leadership: Lead virtual teams to manage the endtoend delivery of products ensuring successful integration of digital core technologies dashboards APIs cloud services ecommerce systems realtime alerts and AI capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a change agent influencing and inspiring stakeholders at all levels to adopt innovative product solutions.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) gather feedback and refine products based on user input and business priorities.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in IT Business or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- 15 years of demonstrable experience in logistics processes and endtoend solution development.
- 35 years of experience in product development with a focus on humancentered design and agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of launching successful software solutions or services in a global environment.
- Skills:
- Expertise in technologies such as SAP S4/HANA digital core systems APIs ecommerce cloud services and artificial intelligence.
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills with capabilities in negotiation training and presenting.
- Proficiency in agile product development including creating wireframes prototypes and user stories.
