HR Recruitment Executive is responsible for supporting the endtoend recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates managing job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process. The role requires an individual with strong communication skills attention to detail and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates:
- Use job boards social media and recruitment platforms to source and attract candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through continuous engagement.
Job Posting & Advertising:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards social media etc.).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are accurate and updated.
Screening & Shortlisting:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates ensuring a professional and engaging recruitment experience.
Offer Management:
- Assist in drafting and sending offer letters to selected candidates.
- Follow up on candidate decisions and manage the offer negotiation process.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information interview feedback and recruitment activities.
- Provide recruitment reports and insights to the Recruitment Manager or HR leadership team.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to enhancing the company s employer brand through positive candidate interactions and outreach.
Market Research & Trends:
- Stay informed on industry trends competitor recruitment strategies and market conditions.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process including documentation induction scheduling and providing new hires with necessary information.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and job boards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
