Job Description
The Network Developer will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining the organizations network infrastructure. This position requires a strong understanding of networking principles including routing switching firewalls and VPNs. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and resultsoriented individual with excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Design implement and maintain the organizations network infrastructure including LAN WAN and wireless networks.
Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers switches firewalls and load balancers.
Monitor network performance and identify and resolve network issues proactively.
Implement and maintain network security measures including firewalls intrusion detection systems and VPNs.
Participate in network planning and capacity planning activities.
Document network configurations and procedures.
Provide technical support to endusers.
Stay current with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth network operations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
3 years of experience in network administration and engineering.
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP UDP etc.)
Experience with routing and switching protocols (BGP OSPF EIGRP etc.)
Experience with firewall technologies (Cisco ASA Palo Alto Networks etc.)
Experience with VPN technologies (IPsec SSL/TLS etc.)
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
