Our Proposal
Were looking for a Data Cleansing Specialist to play a key role in supporting the Marketing Revenue team and Sales Development Representatives by ensuring clean accurate and uptodate customer profile data for both current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
Utilize your research skills to enhance customer data daily ensuring our marketing efforts are precise and effective.
Use thirdparty tools to gather customer contact information industry details company size market segments and other personalized insights.
Review and correct customer contact data daily maintaining accuracy through manual updates on Excel spreadsheets.
Ensure clean and digestible records before they are uploaded into Salesforce CRM.
Support data enrichment objectives as needed with other duties.
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel is required (at least an intermediate level).
Upperintermediate/Advanced English level.
An associate degree in business data analysis or a related field is a plus but not required.
Experience compiling data from multiple sources to improve database accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with data validation tools and platforms like LinkedIn ZoomInfo or Neverbounce for cleaning and managing large datasets.
Strong investigative and research aptitude as the role demands thorough data exploration.
