Job Description
What you will do in this role:
- Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies for generating nurturing and converting leads throughout the sales funnel;
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns including oneshots and automated nurturing flows with lead scoring;
- Manage campaigns through various channels such as WhatsApp banners popups and specific actions for event leads;
- Create and review highperformance content with a focus on persuasive copywriting and conversions;
- Analyze funnel metrics optimize conversion rates and identify areas for improvement at all stages of the customer journey;
- Use tools such as HubSpot for marketing automation ensuring process efficiency and organization;
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and international stakeholders.
Qualifications :
What makes you a strong fit:
- Fluent conversational English Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory) given the interaction with international stakeholders and content generation.
- Advanced experience with HubSpot (mandatory);
- Indepth knowledge of email marketing including Automation Segmentation and Result analysis;
- Experience conducting Sales Funnel Analysis and conversion rate optimization;
- A Datadriven profile with strong analytical skills and a focus on results;
- A track record in Content Production and Copywriting for conversion;
- Autonomy adaptability and ability to manage your time without leaving curiosity or your creativity aside.

Our working hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm;
