Position Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and strategic individual to join our team as a Surveillance Operations Team Leader. This role is critical in overseeing our surveillance operations ensuring the safety and security of our assets and operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a keen sense of awareness and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate incidents reported by the studio ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Prepare detailed reports for potential disciplinary actions or performance evaluations.
- Operate and manage security systems to maintain comprehensive surveillance coverage.
- Conduct regular testing and evaluations of online gaming surveillance software to detect and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the QA team and developers to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Maintain and update detailed logs and reports documenting activities incidents and testing outcomes for accuracy and transparency.
- Monitor physical facilities and online platforms for suspicious activity immediately reporting any violations to management.
- Ensure video monitoring systems and security equipment operate efficiently.
- Regularly assess system performance suggesting enhancements or updates to ensure optimal functionality.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Surveillance Operator within the iGaming industry or with live gaming products.
- Expertise in using and maintaining surveillance software video monitoring systems and security devices.
- Strong analytical abilities to thoroughly assess roulette wheels and online gaming activities for irregularities or suspicious patterns.
- Proven ability to produce accurate reports and maintain meticulous documentation.
- Flexibility to work 8hour shifts including weekends to meet business demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for report creation communication management and documentation.
- Experience in technical analysis and calibration of roulette wheels to ensure accurate gameplay is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with advanced surveillance systems and software for enhancing overall performance.
