Primary Function of Position:
The HR Specialist will work for HR operations at Intuitive Korea. He/she will be an expert in HR administration and a focal point of contact for diverse internal & external stakeholders such as ISK colleagues relevant teams in Korea region and global and outside HR service providers. The primary focus area will include but not be limited to compensation benefits and HR data management and participating in various projects & continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Intuitive Koreas HR support model and operational effectiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage HR data from employees onboarding to offboarding to ensure uptodate and accurate HR information in the system
- Set up and implement optimal data management process in close collaboration with global HR operations to ensure operational effectiveness and data integrity
- Compensation & Benefits Management
- Lead payroll process including data input validation social insurance management annual tax filing payroll audit support and outside vendor management
- Administer employees leave and attendance
- Administer benefits programs including policy & procedure management and vendor management
- Manage retirement pension program in accordance with the pension policy and the rules of retirement pension
- Data analytics in C&B area to pull out insights to address local business & people needs and continuous improvement of HR operations
- Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges
- HR Policies & Procedure Management
- Manage Intuitive Koreas HR policy and procedure management in alignment with global HR philosophy and local business & talent needs and relevant regulations in Korea
- Necessary support on working with employee handbook/translations and etc. (English and Korean).
- Participate in global regional or local HR projects mainly but not limited to HR operations area as an expert in Korea HR operations
- In charge of HR communications in relation to HR operations including HR information sessions/training regular communications HR query handling etc.
- Support the HR team for talent acquisition development annual HR cycle colleague engagement/culture activities etc. as required to contribute HR teams effective operation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 02 years and longer of experience in HR under a global company context (Full cycle management experience especially C&B area is preferred)
- Strong change/learning agility openness to new ideas and communication skills (both in Korean and English)
- Integrity and the ability to manage complex and sensitive information confidentially and effectively
- Strong analytics skills and logical thinking
- Team player missiondriven and customerfocus attitude
- Attention to detail
