- Develop and oversee workforce planning strategies including headcount forecasting and budgeting
- Conduct job analysis to support optimal workforce allocation career development and succession planning
- Manage talent identification and development programs including 360degree feedback assessments
2. Performance Management Employee Evaluations & Promotion System
- Design implement and enhance performance management frameworks
- Oversee employee evaluation processes ensuring alignment with company goals and fair assessment methods
- Analyze performance and evaluation data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and manage a transparent structured promotion system to support employee career progression
3. HR Policy & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead HR policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze HR challenges and develop strategic solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Work closely with key stakeholders and senior leadership to align HR policies with business strategy
Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in HR with expertise in policy development and execution
- Handson experience in leading HR projects and managing performance evaluation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage HR data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including collaboration with senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to travel domestically as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau SQL etc.)
- Businesslevel English proficiency
- Prior experience working in a multinational company
