Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the onboard watch shop including inventory management restocking and visual merchandising
Provide exceptional customer service to guests assisting with product inquiries and purchases
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
Stay uptodate on current watch trends and brands to effectively sell and promote products
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Collaborate with other onboard departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment at all times
Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and security protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or sales experience preferably in a luxury or highend environment
Knowledge and passion for watches and luxury goods
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a preemployment background check and drug test
