Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests offering personalized recommendations and assistance in selecting products
Demonstrate and educate guests on the features and benefits of various beauty and fragrance products
Maintain a clean and organized shop ensuring products are wellstocked and displayed attractively
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
Keep uptodate with new products trends and promotions to effectively promote and sell merchandise
Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and positive wordofmouth referrals
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and exceed guest expectations
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including health and safety guidelines
Assist with inventory management including receiving and stocking shipments and conducting regular stock counts
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales role preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry
Passion for beauty and fragrance products and a strong knowledge of various brands and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
