Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Teach the relevant subject to primary and secondary school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures tutoring techniques designing and correcting assessments and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the schools curriculum
- Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above
- Teaching certificate
- Two or more years teaching experience
- Excellent communications skills
Additional Information :
Salary and benefits
- Monthly Salary of 20000 to 30000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
- 8000 to 10000 RMB Housing allowance
- Tuition Remission for dependent children
- Performance Bonus:10% of the total Net Salary of the contract upon successful completion of this contract
