Job Description

Job Title: German Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote (Office based in Braga Portugal)
Job Type: Fulltime
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 24/7 (Rotative Shifts)
Days Off: 2 Rotative Days Off per week
Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated German Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and will provide highquality customer service to our Germanspeaking clients. This is a remote position with an office in Braga Portugal and the role involves working on a 24/7 rotative shift basis ensuring continuous support for customers. You will also enjoy 2 rotative days off each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in German via phone email and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide product information in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Log all customer interactions into the CRM system for proper tracking and followup.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Adhere to company processes and guidelines to ensure consistent and highquality service.
  • Stay up to date with any product updates and company news to ensure you can support customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 in a shiftbased schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
