Project Manager CAPEX Projects
Location: Houston TX
Are you ready to lead impactful capital projects in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee CAPEX initiatives that enhance the development expansion and optimization of cuttingedge manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning design and execution of CAPEX projects to meet business objectives.
- Define project scope timelines deliverables and budgets while managing resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (cGMP FDA EMA) and company standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams acting as the primary contact for projectrelated matters.
- Manage budgets control costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify evaluate and manage vendors and contractors ensuring highquality work.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences or related field.
- 58 years of experience managing capital projects in biopharma or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven ability to manage largescale CAPEX projects with budgets of $5M.
- Expertise in project management tools and strong knowledge of biopharma processes.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- PMP certification or familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
