Requirements
Qualifications:
- Preferred Associates or Bachelors degree in management transportation or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or maintenance management experience.
- Minimum 8 years of fleet vehicle maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in equipment coordination and service writing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle computer systems and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in maintenance software reporting tools and MS Office.
- Outstanding leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Master Mechanic experience.
