Job Description

Department : Sales and Marketing

Grade : 45

Immediate Supervisor: Sales Head



POSITION PURPOSE:



To sell company s furniture products and represents their brand. To manage relationships with customers serving as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.


JOB ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS:

Key Result Area

Key Roles / Duties



Sites identifications and prospecting.

1. Identify construction sites where you can propose Prompt Supplies as their furniture provider. Track bids submit applications and contact clients Prompt supplies is already prequalified to serve.

2. To identify potential clients and develop leads through research and outreach.

Customer Relationship Management:

3. The salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers ensuring that they are satisfied with the products and services offered by the company.

4. The primary goal of the salesperson is to increase revenue for the furniture company by closing deals with corporate clients.

Sales:

5. The primary goal of the salesperson is to increase revenue for the furniture company by closing deals with corporate clients.

Customer service:

6. The salesperson will need to provide excellent customer service to clients responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

Product knowledge:

7. The sales representative should have a deep understanding of the companys furniture products and be able to effectively communicate their features benefits and unique selling points to potential clients.

Community and Public Relations


8. Assures the company and its mission programs products and services are consistently presented in strong positive image to relevant stakeholders.

Any other Duties

9. Ensure that any other duty assigned by Sales Head /Management is executed to their expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management Sales and Marketing or any other related field. A relevant certificate in sales is an added advantage.
2 years of progressive experience preferably in sales and marketing.
Good logical thinking ability communication ability and execution ability
