Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Service Desk Manager to join our team!
Mandatory:
- QLIK Experience (3 years)
- SAP Analytics Cloud experience (3 years)
- Datasphere knowledge
- Tableau experience
- PowerBI experience
- Very good knowledge of IT Systems Platform Security and Data Security Guidelines
- Very good English in writing and talking
- Strong communication skills.
Plus:
- German language skills
- Good understanding of platform management concepts
- Experience working in a multicultural team
- Ability to identify synergies and potential optimizations and to communicate those.
