We are a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. What youll do:

As a Senior Relationship Manager youll be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Youll develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the power of Cartracks innovative solutions to potential clients. With a focus on exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships youll leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a highly motivated and resultsoriented individual with a passion for success in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartracks products and solution.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailormade pricing structure/deal.

  • Acquire new customers by cold calling networking and using various Social Media platforms.

  • Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.

  • Use CRM to full potential to report measure and control sales inputs and outcomes.

  • Able to manage and develop a highperformance sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

  • Highly motivated resultsoriented and selfstarter with a strong work ethic.

  • Knowledge in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

  • Willing to be assigned within Cebu City and other nearby areas.

  • Amenable to work onsite at our Cebu office: KMC Cebu IT Park.

  • Must be willing to undergo training in Makati Head office.

  • With a valid drivers license.
