ustomer Support Representative German Speaking Manatal Athens Greece
Location Options:
- Hybrid (Athens Office)
- Full Remote (within Greece)
Compensation:
- Hybrid: 1300 gross/month
- Remote: 1200 gross/month
- Performance bonus up to 15%
- 500 anniversary bonus
- Meal allowance (36/day)
- Health insurance
Key Requirements:
- Fluent German & English
- Customer service experience
- Sports enthusiasm
- Problemsolving skills
- Adaptability
Main Responsibilities:
- Multichannel customer support
- Query resolution
- Account management
- Documentation handling
- Performance target achievement
Work Hours: MondayFriday 09:0020:00
