Senior 3D Environment Artist

Responsibilities:

• Model texture and integrate ingame environments based on concepts 3D mockups and art direction specifications.
• Creating the environment since its conception (Whitebox) to define spaces as well as having the best balance between performance and visual quality.
• Being responsible for keeping your own textures and materials within technical parameters and guides.
• Contribute to keeping levels organized and taking care of necessary technical tasks (probes and other subsystems).
• Contribute to the optimization of both data and workflow.
• Coordinate closely with the design teams in the level implementation process to ensure the result is the expected one.
• Track and fix bugs during and after creating the levels.
• Help and mentor Junior members in the team.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

• Proficient in 3ds Max Substance suite and Zbrush. Blender can be optionally used.
• Skilled in the creation of PBR assets and the PBR workflow in general.
• Good eye for detail and asset organization.
• Flexible in adapting to different art styles.
• 3 years of experience in video game production with a track record of shipped projects.
• Knowledge of video game art standards in general.
• Ability to work with and within a team contributing to a healthy work environment.
• Good communication skills

 Assets:

• Experience with related specializations: Lighting Animation Concepting Shader creation
• Experience with other 3D plugins/software for procedural/automated asset creation.
