You will lead a team responsible for conducting market research analyzing consumer and customer behavior and understanding customer preferences to support datadriven decisionmaking across various departments. In addition you will be responsible to drive the test and learn agenda to optimize media spend and CRM activations. These insights will be instrumental in developing marketing and customer activation strategies.

You are strategic and insightdriven. You are driven by turning insights into actions and present your findings and recommendations in a clear way to stakeholders across functions. This is a fulltime role based on local contract in Warsaw Poland. The Insight and Analytics Manager role is a part of the Customer Activation & Marketing Department and reports to the Regional Head of Customer Activation & Marketing.
