Job Description: Team Manager

Rate: 50k PHP per month
About Us
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational/Team Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by establishing operational foundations creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing our team efficiently. Proficiency in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Foundations:
- Develop and implement robust operational frameworks to support scalability and efficiency.
- Design document and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key processes.
- Continuously review workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
2. Team Management:
- Lead mentor and manage a diverse team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Clearly define roles responsibilities and performance expectations for all team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
3. Systems and Tools Management:
- Leverage Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (Projects People Books etc.) to enhance operational efficiency and customer relationship management.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of Zoho tools to align with business needs.
- Ensure all team members are trained and proficient in using Zoho applications and Microsoft 365 tools.
4. Strategic Planning and Growth:
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with business growth objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage datadriven insights for decisionmaking.
- Support the planning and execution of expansion strategies for Careon Services and Coordination Hub Australia.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure operations comply with NDIS guidelines and relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in operational management preferably in healthcare or disability services.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Zoho CRM and other Zoho One applications (mandatory).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams SharePoint Excel etc.).
- Attributes:
- Detailoriented with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
