Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Design and Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the organizations goals and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends benchmarks and competitive data to design competitive and equitable compensation programs.
Business Unit Compensation Planning:
  • Design compensation structures for specific business units or functions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market practices.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for salary structures incentive plans and retention programs.
Global Total Rewards Expertise:
  • Lead the design and delivery of total rewards programs for global markets addressing diverse workforce needs.
  • Evaluate and adapt compensation strategies to align with regional and international regulations cultural differences and business strategies.
Executive Compensation Design:
  • Design and manage compensation packages for leadership and executivelevel roles ensuring alignment with global best practices and governance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure executive compensation aligns with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with senior global leaders to understand their strategic objectives and deliver tailored total rewards solutions.
  • Provide expert consultation to senior management on compensation trends challenges and strategies.
Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of compensation programs to ensure compliance effectiveness and alignment with market trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
