This position will provide executive level support to Client executives and admin team.
This will be a contract to hire position
Strong communication skills required
Will need to be available 24/7 for on call purposes
Ability to travel as needed this position will need to be onsite at an average of 3 days per week. Locations include Battle Creek and Chicago Land.
Looking for someone with a technical background who has the ability to work closely and communicate at an executive level
Someone with an AV background would be a good fit for this position (within hospitality industry)
Day to day this person will support executive leadership and their admins with PC and windows support mobile support video conferencing Microsoft teams troubleshoot WiFi issues etc.

Must Haves
Strong customer service experience (3 years)
Someone who will own whatever issue that may come up and do the required research/follow to get resolved
Flexibility and really needing to put their work first for any requests
24/7 reachable resource
Ability to hear/see confidential information and keep to themselves
Longevity at Client
Onsite requirement will be about 50% of the time; will need to be in the office when Executive leadership is in the office
Ability to translate technical language to executives and put optimistic spin on things
Travel required About 6 times per year
Majority of support comes within Office365 intranet and network related issues mobile support (IOS and android)
Volume of support is about 15 executives in addition to their admins
