Job Description
Location: Washington DC
Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership in c# python and c programming languages. The role involves leading a team of developers designing and implementing technical solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the implementation of solutions using c# python and c
2. Design develop and test software applications in c# python and c
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
5. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle
Skill Requirements
1. Strong proficiency in c# python and c programming languages
2. Experience in leading and managing a technical team
3. Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
4. Ability to design and architect complex software solutions
5. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications: Relevant certifications in c# python or c are a plus
