Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Speech Therapist(SLP)Pediatric. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Phoenix AZ 85016
Assignment Start Date: 2/3/2025
13 weeks Varied 8hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed per week
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.This position is responsible for providing speechlanguage pathology services to a pediatric population from neonates to adolescents including evaluation and treatment in the areas of communication and swallowing.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- 1 year of Pediatric work experience (school experience will not be considered)
- Feeding/dysphagia and ICU experience
Education:
- Masters Degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Must have an AZ Department of Health Services license before the start date.
- Must have AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) Fingerprint Clearance Card before the start date.
- Must have CCCSLP
- Must have Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association before the start date.
- Must have ASHA certification.
Shift: 8:00 16:30 MF Shifts may be shorter.
COVID requirement: COVID19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required from October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens before starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreement and must mask during the respiratory virus season.
