Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Risk Reporting Data Analyst to join a top tier US Bank. The successful candidate will be a member of the International Risk Reporting team. The role requires the applicant to support daily production processes underlying a suite of reports across various risk disciplines and regions. The role will also support various automation initiatives for reporting and production processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Qualification & Responsibilities:

Experience in risk reporting.

Degree educated.

Knowledge/ability to construct develop and maintain practical but robust tactical tools.

Experience working with large datasets and manipulation of data.

Ability to navigate systems access data and identify discrepancies.

Knowledge of investment banking business models capital market products and financial products including fixed income and equity (cash and derivatives) is advantageous.

A team player comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables.

Advanced technical skills (Excel & VBA and Python).

Strong data analysis skills (working with large datasets navigating various systems; building developing and maintaining reporting tools).

Good time management attention to detail responsiveness and communication.
