Job Description

SimScale is an engineering simulation platform that is revolutionizing the way engineers designers scientists and architects design products. The SimScale platform is accessible completely via a web browser with an easytouse interface which supports numerous simulation types including Structural Mechanics Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics. By harnessing the power of the cloud for simulation SimScale eliminates the hurdles that accompany traditional simulation tools: high installation costs licensing fees deployment of highperformance computing hardware mandatory updates and maintenance. Users always have the latest version of SimScale.

Were looking for an energetic committed and customercentric Outbound Sales Development Representativebased in EMEA to join our international and tightknit sales team at SimScale. Youll contribute to the companys growth by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for account executives and initiating the relationship between SimScale and prospective customers. You will do this primarily through outbound prospecting methods.

Your Opportunity

As a key contributor to SimScales growth you will book outbound meetings through cold calls emails social outreach networking and research to engage prospects including Csuite executives and directors while effectively pitching SimScales value proposition. Through sales discovery you will identify pain points and business needs across industries maintaining an active sales pipeline in the CRM and driving interest through diligent followups. Collaborating with Account Executives and crossfunctional teams you will refine sales processes enhance skills and build product and industry expertise to maximize impact and accelerate growth.

You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels in a variety of industries and sectors. If you are highly motivated energetic and seek the challenges and rewards of selling a great product serving customers and reaching your potential we would like to hear from you! The role is based in Munich Germany or remote.

What we expect from you

  • 2 years of experience in outbound sales SDR BDR MDR or a similar role with a proven track record of success in driving revenue and generating qualified leads
  • A proactive resultsdriven hunter mindset with a talent for engaging decisionmakers and driving conversations
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills with the ability to lead dynamic engaging conversations that spark curiosity
  • Proficient in driving curiosity and demand during phone conversations creating a strong interest in our product
  • Proficient in managing and prioritizing time and resources effectively with a structured approach to qualifying prospects and handling a high volume of outbound leads daily
  • Experience in software sales SaaS or subscription sales is highly desirable
  • C1 English skills German and/or other language skills are a plus
  • You are based in the Central European Time (CET) zone
