Job Description

Procore is looking for an inspiring and accomplished Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) Flex to join one of the highestperforming sales teams in the software industry. Our Sales Development team is an essential component of our sales model and has helped fuel our incredible growth for the past several years. As a Enterprise Sales Development Representative Flex youll develop an understanding of the construction industry and Procores product to help improve one of the worlds largest industries. Depending on staffing requirements SDRs may start in our Flex team for a time before moving into an assigned territory.

This position will report to the Manager Sales Development and will be based in either our Tampa FL Carpinteria CA or our Austin TX office. This is an ongoing open requisition we are looking for folks who are interested in learning more about starting a sales career at Procore now or in the future if/when a position becomes available.

What youll do:

  • Create new business opportunities to fuel Procores growth
  • Partner with an Account Executive to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
  • Engage construction professionals through phone email and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
  • Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process training use of technology and any other aspects of our business
  • Work with sales management to develop targeted lists call strategies and messaging to create opportunities for new business
  • Conduct daily activities including:
    • Precall research and planning
    • Make a high volume of calls per day
    • Followup with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
    • Maintain Salesforce records

What were looking for:

  • Learn the role by calling into dedicated accounts
  • Prioritize learning and development and progress quickly through our Procore certification process
  • Shadows sales teams across Procore
  • Prepare to enter an assigned territory and make an immediate impact
  • Learn systems and processes associated with the role

Bonus points for:

  • 1 year of fulltime prior SDR or closing sales experience or 2 years parttime equivalent
  • SaaS experience especially sales; construction industry experience
  • Entrepreneurship

Additional Information :

Base pay range is $23.38 $32.15 hourly plus commission for an estimated ontarget earnings of $69480 $95535. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.

Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
