Job Description
Role: Infor Lead Developer
Location: San Diego CA (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solid scalable and flexible solutions to support clients migrating from Baan 5C to LN10.7 Independent GAPs and other project.
- Interact with functional people/process experts to understand new requirement issues in depth and architect solutions and do development or delegate the development to offshore and if needed provide immediate solutions.
- Perform liaison activities between client and offshore team on regulate basis to ensure there is no gap.
- Work with offshore lead to ensure delivery commitments forecast capacity identify and mitigate risks.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are meet.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in InforLN/Baan ERP development enhancements and conversions
- 3 years of experience on collaborating directly with client on requirement gathering architecting solutions collaborating and liaising activities with offshore team
- Experience in at least one of the following Infor products: Factory Track Bartender XIION Infor XM Info SCS Planner
- Any technical certification in Infor ERP
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
