Job Description
UCHealth and the ENT group are ready to welcome a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to their team in Pueblo CO. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and outdoors that Southern Colorado has to offer.
Job Description:

- Seeking an enthusiastic candidate interested in working fulltime and focused on excellent patient care.
- Established outpatient Endocrinology practice located in Pueblo CO.
- Offering adults specialized high level care for the treatment and management of diabetes thyroid dysfunction and osteoporosis. Practice does not see Pediatric patients.
- In process of getting a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) on site.
- Ultrasound capabilities within the clinic.
- EPIC EMR utilized systemwide.
- Enjoy a busy clinic schedule seeing about 15 patients/day.

- The pay range for this fulltime position is BR000BR000/annually. If applicable a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.

Requirement description :
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (05 years of residency) in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (05 years of residency) in Endocrinology Diabetes and Metabolism REQUIRED
- Active CO license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice PREFERRED
- Does the provider require visa support J1 or H1B (note in Additional Submission Details field) REQUIRED
