Job Description
Job Title: Associate Attorney

We are a boutique plaintiffs litigation firm in Philadelphia dedicated to providing a strong focus on worklife balance and quality of life for our team members. We are seeking a new associate attorney to join our growing practice. Our firm offers a competitive salary with benefits and ample support to ensure a manageable and rewarding workday.
As an associate you will have the opportunity to handle your own caseload from intake through resolution. This includes speaking with clients handling discovery depositions motion drafting settlement negotiations arbitrations and assisting in trials. Youll gain experience in all aspects of litigation.

Oversee and manage a personal caseload from start to finish.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Prepare legal briefs and participate in oral arguments.

Handle discovery including attending depositions and answering discovery.

Manage and coordinate with a personal case manager.

Participate in settlement negotiations arbitrations and trials.

Bar admission in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey (both preferred). Candidates barred in one state must be willing to become barred in the other as soon as possible.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional research and writing abilities.

Proficient oral advocacy skills.

03 years of experience in litigation legal research negotiations motion drafting and oral argument preferred.

Participation in trial team during law school is a plus.
