Job Description
Creating fascinating things: Your tasks
- Assumption of the PMO role in transformation projects offers development programs series programs as well as in R&T projects
- Development structuring plausibility check & communication of complex project plans incl. Schedule budget and resource planning
- Preparation of project documentation including project status reports as well as monitoring of project progress with the involvement of controlling and program management
- Participation in financial reviews and budget approvals
- Support of the Agile Release Train e.g. in the role of the Scrum Master and in the communication of the teams
- Further development of the teams and our standards regarding agile project management
- Development of best practice documents for the PM methodology and process description as well as implementation of training courses
Bringing in strengths: your qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in business administration
- business informatics industrial engineering or similar qualification
- Experience with agile project management methodology and the role of Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
- Additional qualification in project management is an advantage (e.g. PMP)
- Knowledge of MS Project Infor LN Power BI and JIRA/Confluence is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English
- High analytical skills
- Careful and structured way of working
