About the Position
We are looking for an Architect with great enthusiasm and potential to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a recently graduated architect or about to graduate who wishes to develop his or her professional career in the United States.
The successful candidate will work in our offices and will be responsible for serving as the main liaison in all matters related to construction permits and construction management providing technical solutions and ensuring compliance with project standards.
Main Responsibilities
Construction supervision: Coordinate and supervise the execution of construction projects.
Permit Management: Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses for projects.
Technical Management: Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation reports and presentations related to projects.
Communication: Act as an intermediary between the design and construction team and other parties involved.
Requirements
Education: University degree in Architecture
Languages: English and Spanish ( Preferred)
License is a Plus
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Revit or other design programs.
Attitude: Great willingness to learn adapt to new environments and work as a team.
