Your mission
You will join the Classroom Manager team a SaaS platform that empowers teachers to manage their classes access key information explore teaching guides and much more.
- EndtoEnd Ownership: You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery and strategic planning to implementation and maintenance. This includes developing and evolving a shared Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborative Impact: Your role will focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing experiences for B2B platforms in close collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- UserCentric Approach: You will lead research initiatives and usability testing ensuring designs meet both user needs and business objectives while driving continuous improvement.
Your day to day
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful and userfriendly interfaces that align with business goals.
- Lead User Research for B2B Platforms: Conduct interviews usability tests and surveys validating design decisions and iterating to address user needs and pain points effectively.
- Enhance Usability and Accessibility: Focus on creating accessible highperforming designs that adhere to established standards (e.g. WCAG) for a seamless user experience.
- Produce HighFidelity Designs: Create detailed highfidelity designs with a strong focus on precision ensuring every element aligns with the overall product vision and meets the highest quality standards.
- Seamless Developer Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets quality expectations by providing detailed specifications assets and documentation. Use the Design System framework to maintain consistent UI components across teams.
What we are looking for
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a minimum of 1 year specifically focused on B2B platforms.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex B2B platforms including dashboards dataheavy interfaces and multistep user flows.
- Design Systems: Strong understanding of usercentered design principles interaction design and design systems with proven experience creating and maintaining them. Proficiency in managing design components within a Design System is required.
- Figma Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Figma for creating detailed highfidelity designs.
- User Research: Experience conducting endtoend user research and usability testing with the ability to translate research insights into actionable design decisions.
- Agile Collaboration: Proven experience working in an agile development environment with the ability to iterate quickly and prioritize design tasks in fastpaced collaborative settings.
- Mindset: A productfocused mindset with a passion for datadriven design and the ability to empathize deeply with user needs.
