Job Description
Were looking for a creative and motivated Product Designer to join our team! In this role youll collaborate with senior product designers contributing to a variety of exciting projects. From crafting engaging website experiences to designing intuitive applications for HMI (HumanMachine Interfaces) and enhancing our internal inventory management platform theres plenty to sink your teeth into!
Youll partner closely with product teams and stakeholders diving into research user testing prototyping and design to help bring thoughtful and userfriendly software products to life. If youre passionate about creating impactful designs and eager to learn and grow wed love to hear from you!
More specifically you will:
Design and iterate solutions on new and existing products.
Conduct user research analyze feedback and present findings.
Convert complex problems into simple solutions by synthesizing research outcomes and ideating multiple possibilities.
Identify and define thoughtful user journeys supported by low to highfidelity wireframes user flow diagrams detailed interaction recommendations and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
Collaboration with the engineering and product teams.
Participate in design reviews with crossfunctional teams to present your work and explain your visual choices and design rationale.
Qualifications :
2 years of professional Product Design or UI/UX experience.
Experience in any of the following aspects of research:
User interviews
Usability testing
Analysis
Reporting & recommendations
A portfolio or a link to your website with case studies demonstrating your strength in UX UI and creative problem solving.
Ability to design and share ideas with clarity and passion and to give and receive feedback with openmindedness.
Ability to think and operate in terms of design systems be it working from existing design systems evolving design systems or defining new design systems.
High proficiency using Figma.
