Whats it all about
Own and manage relationships with a large territory of longtail Tier 3 accounts as a full sales cycle seller. Drive sales/upsell/crosssell in a comprehensive selling motion across all Visa products and solutions which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.
What we expect of you day to day.
- Apply knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Manage current accounts identify new account opportunities maintain account plans create presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.
- Forecast sales and have knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
- Participate in client communications and develop and deliver client presentations using phone video conferencing digital whiteboards and webcasts.
- Maintain industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.
- Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics. Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.
- Meet and exceed weekly monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs
- Effectively communicate Visas value proposition across multiple products and solutions.
Qualifications :
- 12 years of sales or relevant experience
- Fluent in English. Strong proficiency (at least C1) in Polish
- Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Prior experience in a sales role or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
- Strong ability to communicate basic concepts and exchange ideas and account information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of the payments industry preferred but not compulsory.

Working location: This role is based in Madrid fulltime in the office.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel less than 10% of the time.
