Senior Specialist Ops Change Management

Purpose
Responsible for leading and supporting Operations Change Management processes to ensure successful change control implementation for drugs biologics and medical devices. This position collaborates with stakeholders across businesses functions and sites in order to develop robust change strategies and maintain them in the Change Management IT system. Other functions of the role include (but are not limited to) change planning meeting facilitation and management change proposal review developing communications and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage key processes in the development and execution of Global and/or local change plans related to new product introduction growing products product discontinuations and other businessdriven initiatives that span multiple franchises.
• Plan and lead Change Review Board meetings and other crossfunctional team meetings to facilitate the review and approval of change plans.
• Collaborate with requestors of change through the development of new change plans and with plan owners to drive progress of open plan/task completion.
• Drive accountability and is responsible for the compliance of change plan documentation in accordance with established procedural requirements.
• Leverage data/metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement; provides recommended solutions to the Change Review Board that drive efficiency/effectiveness of the change management process or enhance business prioritization.
• Develop communications around process improvements and lessons learned to support the governance of the change management process. 
• Serve as a member of the Change Management Community of Practice and Center of Excellence. 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree plus 5 years of relevant professional experience OR high school degree plus 10 years of relevant professional experience required
• 5 years of Medical Device or Pharma industry experience required
• 3 years of Change Management experience required
• Indepth knowledge of FDA regulations ISO standards and ICH guidelines required
• TrackWise and SolTRAQs experience preferred 
• Technical writing experience required
• Proven ability to communicate to diverse audiences and across all levels of the organization required
• Proven ability to provide sound guidance based on data and/or stakeholder feedback required
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Support of marketed products experience preferred

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
