Location: Albany New York
Duration: 6 Months
Description
An expert PowerBuilder Software Developer to handle maintenance of legacy applications written in PowerBuilder.
Duties
- Day to day tasks will include but are not limited to implementing requirements by designing coding and testing new features.
- Documenting codebased business rules.
- Participate in the design review sessions regarding the program area and the existing data sets and application.
- As needs arise modify and support the applications until they can be replaced with a modern webbased version.
- Experience (12Years)
- It is involved with all facets of the software development process including the research design programming testing and implementation of computer software.
- This is an 100% Onsite
- 84 months of experience with coding clientserver relational database applications using PowerBuilder.
- 84 months of experience with Oracle and PL/SQL. Experience should include creating tables stored procedures triggers views and other objects.
- 48 months of experience with writing complex SQL queries and reports; experience with data manipulation data migration creation of ETL scripts.
- 48 Months experience as a lead developer on complex projects.
