Key responsibilities of a manufacturing operations manager:
Strong knowledge in to CNC Lean Manufacturing Six sigma.

Production Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and execute production plans including scheduling to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization. -
Inventory Management:
Monitor and control raw material and finished goods inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts. -
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards. -
Cost Management:
Analyze production costs identify areas for improvement and implement costsaving measures. -
Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate production efficiency and identify areas for improvement. -
Employee Supervision:
Lead and manage production teams including assigning tasks providing training and addressing performance issues. -
Maintenance Oversight:
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational. -
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. -
Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols within the manufacturing facility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
