Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Execute assigned research projects and develop specific expertise in the assigned project area within the subvertical(s).
Responsible for providing solutions to technical problems (with minimal guidance) of the assigned research projects. Delivering on time first time right & in full the assigned innovation product improvement and costsavings projects.
Work efficiently with other R&D teams and external partners and suppliers for quality and speedy execution of the projects.
Support the scale up of new products in partnership with operations.
Collaborates with analytical team for test methods required for Quality Control/Assurance.
Work collaboratively with Packaging Product Specialist Operation and Sourcing/Purchase for sustaining existing product portfolio.

Professional Experience/Skills:
6 to 10 years of experience
Should have relevant experience in Adhesives and Sealants.
Ability to develop products independently or with minimal supervision as per the designated portfolio.
Able to travel to Manufacturing units conduct trials of NPDs liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Should align in the PIL way of working.
Product development testing
