1. Customer Interaction Excellent communication skills; regular telephonic conversations with our customers to collect their feedback basis a set survey form and probe further to gain deeper understanding
2. Data Entry Record conversations (verbatims) and data on platforms like forms and excel in an organized way that can be further used for analysis
3. Language Fluency Fluent in at least 3 of the mentioned languages English Hindi Bengali Marathi Kannada Tamil
4. Punctuality Ensure adherence to targets timelines and processes
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Education and/ or specific experience Graduation (any degree)
Skills and/or knowledge Excellent conversational/communication presentation and organization skills
Basics of Microsoft Excel Forms etc.
Focused detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
