Job Description
Job Title: Zoho Implementation Specialist
Location: Gurgaon Haryana
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Books Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 47 years of experience in implementing and customizing Zoho Books and other Zoho applications to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and customization of Zoho Books Zoho Analytics and other Zoho applications.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement effective Zoho solutions.
- Develop and execute project plans ensuring timely delivery and quality of Zoho implementations.
- Provide training and support to endusers to ensure successful adoption of Zoho applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Zoho applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Zoho applications with other business systems.
- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Zoho applications and recommend best practices for implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- 57 years of experience in implementing and customizing Zoho Books and other Zoho applications.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop and execute project plans.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Zoho applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide training and support to endusers.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and integrate Zoho applications with other business systems.
- Uptodate knowledge of the latest features and capabilities of Zoho applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zoho Analytics and Zoho Creator.
- Certification in Zoho Books or other Zoho applications.
- Experience in a similar role within the finance or IT industry.
