We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Product Designer to join our team and drive the creation of intuitive userfriendly interfaces for our digital tools and platforms. In this role you ll work at the intersection of technology and user experience designing modular systems and scalable solutions that empower our clients and their endusers. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact both the foundational infrastructure and customerfacing applications ensuring a cohesive and innovative experience across our products.
What you get to do::
- Design for Impact: Create designs for tools and interfaces that prioritize usability scalability and flexibility helping our clients deliver exceptional digital experiences to their users.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers product managers and stakeholders to bridge the gap between user needs and technical implementation. Ensure consistent design systems are applied across multiple products and platforms.
- Create Modular Solutions: Design modular reusable components that can be tailored to diverse use cases and brand requirements. Your work will streamline integration and empower clients to implement new features with ease.
- Empower Product Teams: Partner with product managers to define the vision for new features and ensure designs align with strategic goals while maintaining a userfirst perspective.
- Advocate for Users: Conduct research gather feedback and use data to inform design decisions that address pain points and maximise value for both clients and their endusers.

We re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for solving complex problems through thoughtful design. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity technical acumen and user empathy to the role.
- Key Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Product Design: Proven experience in designing modular systems enterprise tools or scalable component libraries.
- Mastery of Figma: Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex design systems and prototypes in Figma.
- UserCentered Design Approach: Strong background in user research usability testing and translating insights into impactful designs.
- Collaborative Mindset: A team player who communicates effectively and works across disciplines to achieve shared goals.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of how design integrates into frontend development. Familiarity with APIs and SDKs is a plus.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to simplify complex workflows and create reusable scalable solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for consistency visual design and accessibility across all deliverables.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fastpaced dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
