Tasks
As an Email Marketing Specialist you will develop highconverting cold email campaigns from scratch targeting highprofile highstakes companies ranging from medium to largescale enterprises. Your focus will be on executing outreach through Apollo ActiveCampaign or Instantly while ensuring seamless workflow integration into the CRM and dedicated lead database.
1. Managing Opportunities
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to refine lead lists and optimize prospecting efforts.
- Ensure smooth coordination between outreach workflows and CRM lead management.
- Work with developers and support specialists to maintain operational efficiency.
- Share insights challenges and strategic recommendations with the team lead for continuous improvement.
2. Optimizing Outreach
- Develop test and refine cold email campaigns using Apollo ActiveCampaign and Instantly.
- Implement A/B testing and create tailored messaging sequences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Work with developers to ensure automation tools email templates and integrations function seamlessly.
- Monitor email deliverability and domain health to maximize outreach success.
3. Leveraging Data for Success
- Analyze performance metrics to refine messaging optimize campaign strategies and improve engagement.
- Use datadriven insights to iterate on outreach plans and enhance client acquisition efforts.
- Maintain a structured testing and optimization schedule to maximize results.
- Ensure accurate CRM integration keeping lead data organized and up to date for seamless followups.
Requirements
- Expertise in Funnel Conversions B2B Email Campaign Development / Launch
- Expertise in Funnel Automation / CRM Integration
- Proven Track Record of Minimum 8Figure In Revenue Generated From Campaigns
- Strategic & DataDriven Mindset
- Strong Analytical & Creative Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Solid Proven Copywriting & Marketing Knowledge
- Understanding of Technology in Todays Economy
- Proficieny in English
- Familiarity with Sales Psychology
- Experience with A/B Testing and Data Analysis
- Proficient in Outreach Tools (Apollo ActiveCampaign Instantly)
